・License expiration notifications have been enhanced to improve visibility and configurability.
What’s Changed
・Notifications are enabled by default for users with ModifyLicense and/or EnterCustomerLicense permissions
・Admins can enable notifications for selected users
・Users can opt in via My Profile
・Notifications now include customer domain and remaining days until deletion
・Administrators can now clearly see how long an expired customer remains before deletion.

・Remaining days until an expired customer is deleted are now displayed directly in the customer tree structure
・User feedback is now collected directly within the reporting experience.

＜Admin Web UI＞
・Reports now include detailed environmental savings insights based on submitted but never released print jobs, helping customers better understand the impact of secure printing.

・Reports display environmental savings such as CO₂ reduction, saved energy, water, and trees
・Data is calculated from print jobs that were submitted but not released
・Savings reports can now be scheduled and sent via email
・Administrators can now configure basic text watermarks directly in the Admin Web UI for selected document types.

・Watermarks are placed at the bottom-right of the page

x Email notifications for expiring licenses were improved. The notification is enabled by default for all roles with ModifyLicense and/or EnterCustomerLicense permissions. Admins (or users with ModifyUser) can enable it for selected users, and users can also opt in via My Profile. It also contains number of days until it is deleted and customer domain.
x Remaining days until the expired customer is deleted is now also visible in the tree structure.

When enabled, the watermark is placed at the right bottom part of the page and can be customized by configuring advanced rules, including timestamp of the document (as a variable {{timestamp}}).
