<Bug Fixed>

We fixed 3 bugs below.

– CloudStream DM Partial Degraded Service

Scope of impact:

All customers using the CloudStream DM in EU data center.

Issue:

Client certificates are not being passed to the cloud backend application, resulting in failure of client authentication.

As a result, we have confirmed that the following issues are currently occurring:

  • Device status in device list shows “No Response” even when device is active.
  • Configuration tasks are not executed.
  • Device synchronization failures: devices are not displayed in CloudStream PS device list after installing the CloudStream DM agent.

Measure:

As a permanent measure, we have replaced the load balancer (ingress) component responsible for client certificate handling.

– DM agent cannot communicate with CloudStream DM when device goes into sleep mode

Issue:

DM agent cannot communicate with CloudStream DM when the device goes into sleep mode.

As a result, following issues are reported.

  • CloudStream shows device status as “No response” in device list.
  • CloudStream does not run configuration tasks.

 – Addressed an issue where, under specific high-load conditions, status and supply polling could temporarily stop, causing device status to be displayed incorrectly.
