◆Device Management component（v1.6.2）
・Issue
We have identified an issue with the Device Management (DM) Portal UI, causing slow performance and timeouts.
・Measure
The root cause of this issue was referred a large number of records when viewing the activity log increased memory usage and made the browser connection unstable.
As a temporary solution, eliminated the reference to tables that were consuming a lot of memory and improved error handling.

[Important Notice]
As of the end of June 2025, Gen1 embedded application provided for the following four brands is no longer full-supported and shifted to “Maintaind”* support phase.

・Xerox
・HP
・Sharp
*Definition of “Maintained” support
Product is supported in terms of incident management and fixing critical defects only. No custom modifications, new features, support of newer platforms or new devices are provided.

We temporarily fixed a bug below.
In CloudStream DM tenant, UI transitions are delayed, or the UI is not displayed for the entire tenant in data center.
– Add null check for templateValue and deviceValue that are referenced when displaying UI.
– As a temporary solution, not convert XDP terms when displaying the activity log.
