<What’s updated in RICOH CloudStream version 2.22.0>
◆DM component(v1.7.2)
OTP(One-Time Password) is not sent to users for Card Registration
・Issue
When a user login to DM UI or PS UI, then try to login to Registration.html, the OTP email won’t be received by the user.
・Measure
Clearing any existing session every time an OTP is requested. Force the authentication from the IDP by passing additional parameters as mentioned in the OIDC specs.
Card Registration portal never opens
・Issue
When user’s browser configured in a different language other than the ones that Cloudstream support, user registration page keeps redirecting.
・Measure
Updated the code to check if the user’s browser language is among the languages supported by Cloudstream. If not, the application falls back to English.

◆Print Scan component(v2025.10.30)
Ricoh Cloud Terminal (Gen2) is updated.
Updated embedded terminal including bug fixes and stability improvements.

<Reporting>
・Enhanced Reporting now includes detailed export and aggregation features, improved column management, and a clear distinction between Summary and Detail views.
The new Summary and Detail views give clearer visibility of print activity with grouped data, full exports, and built-in anonymization to protect sensitive information
Benefits: Provides clearer, privacy-compliant reporting for audits and performance tracking, helping organizations gain actionable insights with less effort.

<PC Client>
・The client now supports User Principal Names (UPNs) on AD-joined macOS devices, making enterprise logins smoother.
・In Citrix and remote desktop setups, users now see only printers they’re authorized to use, improving security and simplifying setup without needing print servers.
・A new “Offset” collation feature has been added to the Universal Print Driver (from version 2025.10.30), allowing users to manage output collation on supported devices for Direct print jobs sent through the PC Client or a gateway.


<Mobile Print>
・iOS users can now search for print queues, making it easier to find the right printer when printing from mobile devices.

Chrome Extension
・The Chrome Extension now offers seamless integration with all authentication providers, delivering faster, more stable sign-in. Users can log in using any configured method — from internal application accounts to external Single Sign-On options like Entra ID, Google Workspace, or even legacy systems such as LDAP.
